What the service handles
Eecho ICC may process account details, saved business profiles, checklist activity, newsletter submissions, support messages and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider and should not be stored by Eecho ICC directly.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested tools, save progress, prevent abuse, deliver service communications and improve reliability. It is not sold.
Service providers and location
Hosting, authentication, analytics, email, AI and payment providers may process information under their own terms and in other jurisdictions. Do not submit confidential client data or regulated personal information to free-text or AI features.
Retention and choices
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the service, security and legal obligations. Users may request access, correction or deletion through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
This notice is an operational baseline and must be reviewed by qualified Canadian privacy counsel before broad commercial launch.
